RMC Announces 2019’s Annual Excellence Awards

On Monday, January 11th, Restoration Management Company announced the 2019 Annual Sales Excellence Award Winners. The awards fell under two categories – The Highest Revenue Generating Account Executive and The Account Executive of the Year.


Highest Revenue Generating Account Executive

RMC recognizes Meenu Lakhanpal, Account Executive for Multi-Family/ Multi-Housing in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, as 2019’s recipient of the Highest Revenue Generating Account Executive. Meenu’s contributions to the company helped RMC reach new milestones and aided many clients in their time of need over the last 4 years. Meenu contributes a lot of her success to her superiors and her hard-working team that supports her.

Meenu’s go-getter attitude is also to thank for her award. At the time of receiving the award she stated that she used to contribute her success to luck, but she quickly realized her success was actually granted through continuous communication with her clients and conscientious work.

Account Executive of the Year

Ruben Chavez, Account Executive for Commercial and Multi-Family in the San Jose, CA area,  is recognized as 2019’s Account Executive of the Year. Ruben has been with RMC for almost 3 years and has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and true compassion for his clients in that time. When asked to say a few words, Liz Sanchez (San Jose Branch Manager) stated that Ruben’s care for worried and distressed clients is what makes him the Account Executive that he is – a quality that is paramount in an Emergency Restoration Executive. Ruben was delighted to be named the Account Executive of the Year expressing,

“I am beyond honored to receive this award. I would not be where I am at without my San Jose team and mentorship from my manager Denise Jackson”.
