This year, we’re proud to highlight Jenny Pace, Project Director at RMC’s San Diego branch.
As a Project Director, Jenny oversees restoration and reconstruction projects, helping guide clients through some of the most difficult moments they may face—whether recovering from fire damage, water losses, or other unexpected events. Her role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams quickly and effectively.
When asked what she enjoys most about working in the restoration and construction industry, Jenny shared:
