Bay Area News Group Announces Restoration Management Company as a 2021 Bay Area Top Workplace

This award comes consecutively after also receiving a Top Workplaces title in 2021. A Top Workplace nomination comes directly from the employees. Nominees are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. This survey is administered through employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. This includes alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
