Carole brings us 12 years of experience in loss, mitigation, and reconstruction. When it comes to her business style, she focuses on building relationships and approaches each loss from the point of compassion with a 360 understanding of the client’s needs extending beyond the immediate loss. She is known for striving to create a positive result through exceptional customer service. Carole is excited to begin her journey with RMC stating,
“It is my pleasure to be a member of the RMC family! Restoration became a career and subsequently a passion of mine 12 years ago when an unexpected opportunity fell into my lap. I jumped into fire, water, mold and all the associated services fully…in proper PPE, of course. During my tenure, I have been blessed to work with some of the best mitigators and restorers in the industry and have been reunited with some of them in the Denver Branch! When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing and taking photographs of wildlife and landscapes at high altitude regardless of the weather. I look forward to growing with the RMC team and bringing their superior standards, work ethic and consistent positive results to your doorstep should the need arise!”
