The Legacy Club is an elite group of individuals that has contributed 20+ years of dedicated service to RMC. We know everybody has a choice as to where they work and it as an exciting night each year to be able to celebrate these amazing individuals, share stories and connect outside of the office.

Scholarship Program
In 2020, RMC implemented a scholarship program to celebrate the families of students that are continuing their education. Within the company we get to celebrate the parents as their children enter this next chapter and the students are celebrated for all of their accomplishments up to this point in their academic career.
Big Climb
RMC has been honored to be a sponsor of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s, Big Climb event for the last 2 years. Our team has shown up over the years in support and will continue to make the climb to raise money for the amazing research, resources and progress LLS continues to invest in.
Annual Awards
Every year following our Leadership Conference, RMC hosts an awards night to celebrate the efforts of various RMC Team members. The Annual Awards is a highlight to the company and one of the ways RMC looks to show appreciation to everyone’s hard work and celebrate together.
Safety Awards
Our goal at the end of each day is for everybody to go home to their families and that can only be accomplished when we look out for one another. In effort to hold each other accountable and be our brothers keeper, RMC celebrates the teams that go injury free each month.
Light The Night
Our teams join LLS and their local communities to walk and fundraise for those effected by blood cancer. Just like many others, members of Team RMC have been impacted by cancer, either personally or a loved one, and it is an opportunity for everybody to show support in a way that is meaningful to them.
