The Technician – Cabinet Maker must be able to assist in the cabinet making process and finish carpentry trade of the project from the initial stage to completion. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Technicians communicate with Project Directors, Operations Managers, Project Coordinators and Superintendents frequently.

Core responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Assist in the process of the fabrication of cabinets and countertops from the initial phase to installation
  • Assist in the development of the cabinet shop in regards to equipment and tool acquisition
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic electrical trade
  • Assist in the procurement of building permits
  • Pickup materials from vendors and deliver to jobsites on occasion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and Management
  • Take direction from Project Coordinators, Superintendents, Project Directors and Operations Managers
  • Perform any necessary tasks to help expedite the completion of the job
  • Complete timecard efficiently and in a timely manner
