A. Job Summary

Project Managers are responsible for simultaneously managing multiple claims / jobs. Makes thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clients. Directly lead technicians in the production phase of job(s) via work orders. Gather all documents and work orders in order to bill on a timely manner. Project Manager will be on an On-Call rotation with other managers. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager of that location. Interfacing with other departments within the company is required.

B. Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  1. Communicating effectively with adjusters, customers, co-workers and contractors
  2. Driving to loss site(s) to look at damages for commercial or private property, in order to prepare bids for adjusters or customers
  3. Preparing work orders for scheduling
  4. Pulling structural samples from property to test for asbestos / mold / lead
  5. Marketing to adjusters and / or potential clients
  6. Managing a job from the beginning until it’s completion
  7. Completing paperwork and billing promptly
