The Asset Coordinator is an entry-level administrative position. He/she will be responsible for distributing, collecting, and tracking company assets. He/she will also schedule and maintain employee certificates and training. He/she will have heavy communication via email and/or verbal with other internal departments, branches, and outside vendors. Other administrative responsibilities may be included.

Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:

  • Communicate with Managers and Project Coordinators regarding the delivery of company assets
  • Track, distribute, and process all company assets
  • Maintain apparel inventory and place new orders when necessary
  • Prepare and deliver items via UPS and USPS shipment or courier delivery
  • Prepare company documents for internal and external distribution
  • Prepare onboarding packets for all newly hired employees
  • Schedule and maintain employee certifications, trainings, and medical requirements
